Date : Geography lesson in Wk 8

Duration: 30 mins

Marks : 10 marks

Test topics : Rice cultivation & Green Revolution

Format : LORMs question

Instructions for Cheat Sheet ( for use in open book test )

1. You can only use ONE side of an A4 paper.

2. It must be handwritten. No photocopy is allowed.

3. Your cheat sheet must be handed in to your Geography representative on TUESDAY of WK 8. The sheets are to be handed in to the teacher.

4. The cheat sheet will be passed to you before the start of the test.

5. Failure to comply with the above will mean that you are not allowed to refer to any notes during the test.

Who is coloureD?

A black man walks into a cafe one early morning and noticed that he was the only black man there.

As he sat down, he noticed a white man behind him.

The white man said, "Coloured people are not allowed here."

The black man turned around and stood up.

He then said:"When I was born I was black,"

"When I grew up I was black,"

"When I'm sick I'm black,"

"When I go in the sun I'm black,"

"When I'm cold I'm black,""When I die I'll be black."

"But you sir...""When you're born you're pink,"

"When you grow up you're white,""When you're sick, you're green,"

"When you go in the sun you turn red,"

"When you're cold you turn blue,"

"And when you die you turn purple."

"And yet you have the nerve to call me coloured"

The black man then sat back down and the white man walked away...

Boy's letter to girl (REMEMBER HCL LESSON?)

This is a love letter from a BOY to a GIRL... However the girl's father does not like him and wanted them to stop the relationship. So the BOY send this letter to the girl. But he knows the girl's father will definitely read this letter...

5---- the one thing that I want to do is to
6---- look at other girls. I never wanted to

However, before handing over the letter to the girl, the boy told the girl to "READ BETWEEN THE LINES", meaning read only the odd numbers.
