Riddles =D
Question # 1:
A daddy was found dead in the garden one Sunday morning. A detective came investigating and listed the following individuals who were with him as suspects of the murder:
A) The eldest son who told the detective he was fresh from school when his father was killed
B) The youngest son who claimed himself to be in the study room when the murder happened;
C) The parents of the victim who swore that they were just reading some articles in a corner of the garden and were oblivious to any activities in the rest of the house;
D) The cook who explained that after picking some vegetables from the garden, he proceeded to the kitchen to cook the next meal;
And E) The maid who was supposed to be in the post office dropping mails."
A father was found dead at the garden of a circle house. A police came and questioned everyone who was with him in the house. The following are the answers of the family members.
--The maid: Sweeping in the yard.
--The eldest son: Set up a vineyard in the garden together with daughter.
--The youngest son: Playing in the living room.
--The father (father of the victim): reading magazines in a corner.
--The cook: Picking vegetables in the garden and proceeded to cook the family's meal.
Who did the officer arrested and why?
1) The police officer arrested the maid because the reason that she gave on where she was during the time of the crime was incredible. She said that she went to the post office to drop some mails. But, post offices are closed during Sundays
2) The father as there is no corner in a circle.
